- the development of a general culture of prevention integrated with the organization and and preparation of trained personnel and suitable methods for the management of possible emergencies;
- the definition of precise improvement targets such as: the reduction of waste from packaging, thanks to the construction of "special revolving containers", a preventive check on the systems with gradual replacement of substances that are harmful to the ozone layer, a reduction in the consumption of methane and electrical energy for the production units in agreement with Fenice (a company specialized in the management of water and waste treatment systems);
- the organization of a transverse training programme for all workers and hierarchical levels, documented and structured for all production activities, starting from entering the workplace and from the integrated implementation of TPM - 5S methods
- the involvement of employees from sub-contractors in the plant rules system from where the spread of standardized, consistent behaviour ensures, measured in all production activities subject to audit.
