ISO 14001:1996 Transition to ISO 14001:2004
ISO 14001:2004 revision was released for publication on November 15, 2004.ISO (International Organization for Standardization) and the IAF (International Accreditation Forum) have jointly agreed that the transitionperiod be no longer than 18 months. Therefore after May 15, 2006 the IAFwill recognize only certificates to ISO 14001:2004
